Discrepancies may occur with the 2 sets of data as pixel tracking only registers every single click / depositor and does not take into account already existing players.- if they have multiple brands - this is a issue.

There is nothing suspicious here; it is a fairly common practice. However, we would like to add that this clause is used in exceptional cases; we do not abuse this provision. There is no point in risking our reputation unnecessarily over such matters.

If a player has already been on one brand, but came to another brand for the first time, it is normal and we will pay for it. For example, a player from FGFOX registered on Betibet. In this case we paid the partner who brought him to FGFOX and then we will pay another partner who brought the player to Betibet. In this case we are talking about duplicates within the same brand.

So the way i read it is - if a person analyses and takes the risk of placing a bet on an undetermined outcome and wins, you can declare them a professional and not pay. Its down to you and your risk team to analyse the odds and set them IMHO - but yeah ill take your word for it.

Thats definitely not the way that this clause reads to me- im not sure if others are in agreement -to me it reads that if you have the player on any of your other brands- you can withhold payment for the player. We have had this issue with Entain brands and no longer promote them. What you are writing about above are duplicate accounts - and yes - no one pays for duplicate accounts as a player is only allowed one account per brand
